The Versi Jack® 75 system from Elmich was supplied by KHD and installed by 2 Construct at the new Hilton Convention Centre in Melbourne. This project required a smart, flexible and cost effective solution to the installation of a large outdoor terrace area and Versi Jack® proved to be an ideal partner in this project.
One of the major advantages of Versi Jack® is that during the installation process, the membrane is not penetrated in any way. Which reduces the long-term likelihood of hard to fix leaks, which are traditionally very costly and difficult to access. Other key features of Versi Jack® include, increased air ventilation, reduced sound transmissions and the ability to run services through the deck area such as environmentally friendly LED lighting.
Overall, the Versi Jack® application is a simple and easy to install telescopic pedestal system that suited the specifications of Hilton Convention Centre
